Shipping policy

We aim to get your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Here's what you can expect regarding shipping from Perth Hills Sanctuary:

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • You will receive a notification email when your order has been shipped.

Shipping within Australia

  • We primarily use Australia Post for deliveries within Australia.
  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.
    • Western Australia (metro): Generally 2-3 business days.
    • Western Australia (regional): 2-5 business days.
    • Eastern Australia (metro): 3-5 business days.
    • Eastern Australia (regional): 5-10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight and destination of your order.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery on the Australia Post website.  

Delivery Address

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.  
  • If you need to change your delivery address after your order has been placed, please contact us immediately at [peter@perthhillssanctuary.com.au]. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been shipped.

Authority to Leave

  • If you are not available to receive your delivery, you can authorize Australia Post to leave your package in a safe place at your address.
  • Please note that Perth Hills Sanctuary is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur if you choose this option.

Delays

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that they are approximate and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Public holidays
  • Peak periods
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances with Australia Post
